Understanding the 2026 Contribution Scale

Under the Universal Health Care Act, premium contributions are structured to fund healthcare benefits for all Filipinos. The premium rates are calculated based on your monthly basic salary. For formal employees, the employer is legally obligated to match and deduct these payments.

Direct vs Indirect Contributors

Indirect contributors (indigents, 4Ps members, senior citizens registered under the Senior Citizen Law) are fully subsidized by the Philippine Government and are exempt from paying monthly premiums out-of-pocket.
